Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County, Nevada serves the citizens of Reno and Sparks along with unincorporated areas of Washoe County.
The RTC was formed in July 1979 as a result of legislation approved by the Nevada Legislature, which consolidated the Regional Street and Highway Commission, the Regional Transit Commission and the Washoe County Area Transportation Study Policy Committee.
RTC hired us to make their Customer Service department more efficient. Once RTC saw the improvements, we continued to assist RTC in other departments, including Maintenance and Finance. The key focus here was implementation of improvements. We also helped RTC build a stronger “Process Improvement Team” through training and hands-on experience.
