Founded in 1989, ORM is accessible to individuals and couples, while offering a wide variety of treatment options that are specific to their needs, such as advanced genetic screenings and the most cutting-edge in vitro fertilization (IVF) technology available today.
While providing the latest in technology, ORM wanted to provide the best in service to clients visiting their facility. The first on-site interaction a client has with ORM, is while checking into the facility, and we helped ORM make their check-in process more efficient.
While working on this process, we also worked on making their forms more effective. Using lean principles to secure form design optimization we drastically reduced turn-around time for ORM.
