Rishi’s 20-year experience includes a stint at lean pioneer Dell Computers, Neil’s 20-year experience includes work for lean engineering pioneers Ford, GM & Chrysler, and Anthony’s 25-year experience includes several years at Ford’s Advanced Powertrain Team.
In keeping with the lean practice of both teaching and doing, eta works in both academia and industry.
Rishi specializes in Strategy and Operational Excellence consulting. He has over 20 years of strategic and tactical Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing leadership experience. Rishi works with clients to enhance the top-line and bottom-line, improve enterprise efficiency, and implement cost reduction strategies. His clients range from small & mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He is passionate about helping organizations inculcate a Lean and Six Sigma culture as part of long-term growth plans.
Among his other achievements, Rishi holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, and he is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Neil specializes in Manufacturing, Quality & Engineering Design. He has spent 15 years in the automotive industry and 5 in Food & Beverage. Neil works to improve performance, reduce total cost of ownership and develop technical strategy. He has worked for mid-size businesses and Fortune 500 companies, and is co-founder of Kernel, a company he launched via crowd-funding. Neil is passionate about working with technical and non-technical clients on the joint-development of technical solutions.
Among his other achievements, Neil holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, and he is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Anthony specializes in Manufacturing, Quality & Engineering Design. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive, electronics, consumer products and industrial equipment industries. His work includes start-ups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies in Europe, Asia and North America. Anthony is passionate about using his varied experience to help clients solve business issues creatively.
Among his other achievements, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
