- Aruze Gaming Japanese-origin manufacturer of slot machines, electronic table games, and iGaming products; founded 1969 by Kazuo Okada, US operations from Las Vegas from 2000. Aruze Gaming America was liquidated in 2023; the name and the slot portfolio are now held by Empire Technological Group, Ltd., an unrelated Las Vegas firm trading as Aruze Gaming Global.
- Atlas Roofing Corporation Privately held North American manufacturer of asphalt shingles, polyiso insulation, molded products, and technical nonwovens; founded 1982 in Meridian, Mississippi, now headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Thirty-six facilities.
- Belimo HVAC actuators and control valves; Swiss-headquartered with US operations in Sparks, Nevada and Danbury, Connecticut.
- Crossfield Products Polymer-modified concrete, deck waterproofing, marine deck coverings; the Dex-O-Tex® and Miracote® brands, Rancho Dominguez, California.
- Dragonfly Energy Publicly listed manufacturer of lithium iron phosphate batteries for RV, marine, and off-grid applications, founded 2012 by former USC engineering professor Denis Phares; consumer-facing brand Battle Born Batteries. Reno, Nevada.
- Edge Core Tech Reno-based precision sheet-metal fabrication and machined-parts contract manufacturer; family-run, two-generation Nevada manufacturing lineage. Founded 2016.
- Gary Platt Manufacturing Performance casino seating, made on a single line in Reno; over one million chairs since 1999.
- Goodwin-Cole Sacramento fabricator of industrial and architectural textiles (awnings, tarpaulins, tents, shade sails) and ornamental iron (gates, security screens, fencing); veteran-owned, founded 1888 in Kansas City and continuously operating from Sacramento since 1920.
- Gyford Standoff Systems Sparks, Nevada manufacturer of architectural standoff and mounting hardware for signage, display panels, and interior architecture; part of The Rowmark Group. Founded by Steve Gyford out of his own workshop need for the hardware.
- Havelock Wool Wool-based building insulation, Reno; one of the very few American manufacturers operating at scale in the wool-insulation category.
- Haws Corporation The drinking-fountain inventor's firm; hydration and emergency safety equipment, family-owned across five generations, Sparks, Nevada.

- Jensen Infrastructure Precast concrete and infrastructure components; family-owned since 1968, twelve facilities across the western United States, headquartered in Reno. Formerly Jensen Precast.
- Jensen MetalTech Metal access hatches, doors, covers, and grates for utility vaults and subsurface enclosures; the metal-fabrication division of Jensen Infrastructure, Sparks, Nevada.
- Legrand Electrical and digital building infrastructure; Limoges-headquartered with North American operations and the Server Technology brand based in Reno.
- Lindsay Precast Family-owned American manufacturer of precast concrete and fabricated steel; utility vaults, security vaults, box culverts, sanitary and storm systems, pump stations, agricultural and architectural products. Founded 1961; plants in six US states.
- NWPX Infrastructure Largest manufacturer of engineered water-transmission systems in North America — large-diameter steel water pipe, precast concrete water and wastewater components. Founded 1966 as Northwest Pipe Company, renamed 2025. Vancouver, Washington. Listed Nasdaq: NWPX.
- QMC Cranes Custom hydraulic boom-truck cranes for the construction, utility, and oil-and-gas industries; founded 1977 in Sparks, Nevada, part of Jensen Infrastructure since 2019.
- Superior Steel Fabrication Family-owned Oregon contract manufacturer of precision-machined and sheet-metal parts and assemblies; ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified, one 16,000 sq ft facility with a fully conveyorised fabrication and finishing line. Founded 1993.
- Unison Hardware Premium architectural door hardware; the INOX (residential) and Unison (commercial) brands, Sacramento.
- Via Seating Reno manufacturer of ergonomic task, conference, and executive seating for American commercial-office, healthcare, and higher-education end markets; founded 1987 by Thomas Sorensen. Acquired by the Norwegian Flokk group in February 2025.

- Hamilton Medical Critical-care ventilators; Swiss-headquartered with US headquarters and production in Reno.
- Nevro Corp Publicly traded developer of high-frequency (10 kHz) spinal-cord stimulation for chronic pain; the Senza system is the first stimulation therapy to demonstrate superiority to the legacy approach in a head-to-head pivotal trial. Redwood City, California. Listed NYSE: NVRO.
- Penumbra Vascular thromboembolectomy systems; the firm whose stroke-treatment catheters are in most major American stroke centers, Alameda, California.
- Plexxikon Small-molecule drug-discovery firm co-founded 2001 in South San Francisco by two academic structural biologists; invented the melanoma drug Zelboraf (2011) and the tenosynovial-giant-cell-tumour drug Turalio (2019). Acquired by Daiichi Sankyo in 2011; research operations wound down 2022.
- PolyNovo Australian biomaterials firm developing the NovoSorb family of fully synthetic biodegradable dermal-regeneration templates, used in reconstructive surgery for burns, degloving injuries, and complex wound reconstruction. Founded 2004, listed ASX: PNV. Port Melbourne, Victoria.
- Seagen Bothell, Washington biotech (formerly Seattle Genetics) founded 1997 that built the American antibody-drug-conjugate category; four FDA-approved oncology therapies including Adcetris, Padcev, Tukysa, and Tivdak. Acquired by Pfizer December 2023 for approximately $43 billion.

- Adopt a Vet Dental Program Reno-based nonprofit that recruits Nevada dentists to provide free dental care to low-income veterans who fall through the VA gap; founded 2010 by Wayne and Linda Haigh. Over $9 million in donated care to date.
- Oregon Reproductive Medicine One of the most-cited fertility centers on the American west coast, headquartered in Portland; now operating as ORM Fertility within the Pinnacle Fertility network.

- Atmel Corporation Semiconductor firm founded 1984 in San Jose by George Perlegos; the AVR microcontroller family became the default silicon of the Arduino era and of a generation of embedded engineers. Acquired by Microchip Technology 2016.
- BeaverFit USA Veteran-owned Reno manufacturer of container-based tactical training rigs, obstacle courses, and special-operations training villages for the US Department of Defense and allied forces; UK fabrication heritage in R.S. Beaver (1947) and Beaver Bridges.
- Click Bond Family-owned Carson City manufacturer of rivetless bonded fasteners for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications; products on the F-35, Boeing and Airbus airframes, and General Atomics UAVs. Founded 1987 by inventor Charles Hutter.
- Enconnex Reno-based data-center and IT-infrastructure manufacturer: server racks and cabinets, power distribution, cooling, and custom-engineered assemblies for hyperscale, colocation, and federal-government data centers. Founded 2013. International presence in Europe, Ireland, India, and China.
- Marvell Technology Publicly traded fabless semiconductor firm founded 1995 in Santa Clara by the Sutardja brothers and Weili Dai; custom and standard silicon for data-center AI, cloud, networking, carrier, and automotive infrastructure. Listed Nasdaq: MRVL.
- Maxim Integrated Analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits — the components inside cars, phones, and data centers — San Jose; now part of Analog Devices.
- Pacific Propeller International Kent, Washington aircraft-propeller repair and overhaul station, in continuous operation since 1946; the only commercially licensed repair station for the Hamilton Standard 54H60 propeller system used on the C-130 Hercules and P-3 Orion.
- Pindrop Atlanta voice-security and deepfake-detection platform for call centers and voice-transaction channels; founded 2011 by Vijay Balasubramaniyan, Paul Judge, and Mustaque Ahamad out of Georgia Tech voice-security research. Serves American financial-services, telecommunications, retail, and government call-center operations.
- Sable Systems International North Las Vegas manufacturer of research-grade instrumentation for whole-organism respirometry and metabolic measurement; founded 1987 by John Lighton, PhD, then a UCLA graduate student. Serves comparative-physiology, biomedical, and pharmaceutical-safety research communities globally.
- Sierra Nevada Corporation Aerospace and defense systems for the United States Department of Defense and NASA; one of the largest woman-owned defense contractors in the world, headquartered in Sparks.

- Chandon The first French-owned sparkling wine producer in California, founded in 1973 by the Champagne house Moët et Chandon; now part of LVMH Moët Hennessy. Yountville, Napa Valley.
- Phillip Jeffries Family-owned specialty wallcovering, founded 1976 in a New Jersey garage by Eric and Susan Bershad and now run by their two sons Philip and Jeffrey; the American source for grasscloth, sold exclusively to the trade. Fairfield, New Jersey.

- Avocados From Mexico Joint US–Mexico marketing organization of the Mexican Hass avocado growers (APEAM) and American importers (MHAIA); founded 2013, Irving, Texas. More than eight in ten avocados sold in the United States come through this network.
- Clasen Quality Chocolates Family-owned Wisconsin manufacturer of chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery coatings; a coatings house whose enrobing, molding, and inclusion products go inside American packaged confectionery, bakery, and ice-cream. Founded 1959 in Madison by German immigrant brothers.
- Davidson’s Organics The first organic tea company in the United States, founded 1976; family-owned across India and northern Nevada.
- Hoffmaster Group Oshkosh, Wisconsin manufacturer of printed and embossed disposable tabletop products — napkins, placemats, tablecovers, coasters — for American foodservice and retail; founded 1947 by B. - Mars, Incorporated Privately held Mars-family holding of confectionery (Snickers, M&M's, Wrigley), pet care (Royal Canin, Pedigree, and the Banfield, BluePearl, and VCA veterinary chains), and food; founded 1911, McLean, Virginia. Among the largest private firms in the United States.
- NOW Foods Family-owned manufacturer of dietary supplements, functional foods, and natural products; Bloomingdale, Illinois, with western distribution from Sparks.
