Engage

If something you have read here matches what you are dealing with, we would be happy to talk it through. The first conversation is thirty minutes — your operation, the constraint as you see it, and what we have done in similar work.

Who the work suits

Most of our work is with mid-market manufacturers and services businesses — typically with annual revenue between three million and three billion dollars — whose growth has been limited not by capital but by the way work flows through the operation. If your firm is dealing with more demand than throughput, more orders than on-time delivery, more rework than the engineering team can absorb, this is the kind of work we do.

What the first conversation covers

We will want to hear what your operation makes or does, where the constraint lives in your view, what has already been tried, and what has and has not worked. We can talk through whether what we do is likely to help, what an engagement would look like, and roughly what it would cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and try to point you toward who might be. If there is a fit, the next conversation is typically a forty-five minute call with both principals.

Some of the most useful conversations we have had over the years have been with people who never became clients. The conversation is often the help; we are happy to have it whether or not an engagement follows.

How to begin

Write to rishi@increaseeta.com with a paragraph or two about your situation — what your operation does, where you think the constraint lives, what you have tried. Anything you can share helps; we will read what you send carefully before replying. Typical reply within one business day.

Or, if you would rather just talk, book the thirty-minute conversation directly.

You can also call or text either of us directly: Neil at (678) 296-3419, Rishi at (775) 287-6168. Or reach us on LinkedIn.
